The CMT2210AW is an ultra low power, high performance, low-cost OOK stand-alone RF receiver for various 300 to 480 MHz wireless applications. It is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM family, which includes a complete line of transmitters, receivers and transceivers. An embedded EEPROM allows the frequency, symbol rate and other features to be programmed into the device using the CMOSTEK USB Programmer and RFPDK. Alternatively, in stock products of 315/433.92 MHz are available for immediate demands with no need of EEPROM programming. When the CMT2210AW is always on, it consumes only 3.8 mA current while achieving -114 dBm receiving sensitivity. It consumes even less power when working in duty-cycle operation mode via the built-in sleep timer. The CMT2210AW receiver together with the CMT211xW transmitter enables an ultra low cost RF link.

Descriptions
The CMT2210LW is an ultra low-cost, low power, high performance OOK stand-alone RF receiver for 315/433.92MHz wireless applications. It is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM family, which includes a complete line of transmitters, receivers and transceivers. The CMT2210LW is a true plug-and-run device, no register configuration and manually-tune is required. The device operates at either 315 MHz or 433.92 MHz through selecting an 18.8744 MHz or 26 MHz crystal, the data rate is optimized to around 2.4 ksps which fits well with the low-end data encoder or MCU based transmitter. The CMT2210L operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V, finely work till the end of most batteries’ power. It consumes 3.3 mA current while achieving -109 dBm receiving sensitivity at 315 MHz and consumes 3.8 mA current while achieving -108 dBm receiving sensitivity at 433.92 MHz. The SOP8 package is available for easier and lower-cost manufacturing. The CMT2210LW receiver together with the CMT211xW transmitter enables an ultra low cost RF link. For NextGenRFTM receivers with more flexibility, the user can use the CMT2210LW

It consumes even less power when working in duty-cycle operation mode via the built-in sleep timer. The device provides demodulated data, power-on reset output as well as a system clock output for use by an external microcontroller or decoder. CMT2217AWreceiver together with the CMT2217AW transmitter enables an ultra low cost RF link.

Descriptions 

The CMT2219AW is an ultra low power, high performance, OOK and (G)FSK RF receiver for various 300 to 960 MHz wireless applications. It is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM family, which includes a complete line of transmitters, receivers and transceivers. All features can be configured either by off-line EEPROM programming or on-line registers writing. The configuration file to be written into the registers is generated by the smart RFPDK. The CMT2219AW operates from a supply voltage of 1.8 V to 3.6V, when it is always on, it consumes only 5.8 mA current while achieving -109 dBm receiving sensitivity (FSK @9.6ksps symbol rate), and only 60 nA sleep current for superior battery life. The device supports packet handling, 32-byte FIFO, Manchester decoding and data de-whitening for the received data processing. Besides the demodulated data and the sync clock, the device can also send out the power-on reset, the system clock, as well as 2 configurable interrupts for the external device. CMT2219AW receiver together with the CMT211xAW transmitter enables a powerfulRF link.

Alternatively, in stock products of 315/433.92 MHz are available for immediate demands with no need of EEPROM programming. When pairing the device to CMOSTEK transmitters, the synchronization ID can be programmed into both of the transmitter and receiver during the manufacturing phase, or studied by the receiver from the transmitter remotely by end customers.
